Welcome to Seven Hale. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Seven Hale Holdings, Inc. ("Seven Hale," "we," "us," or "our"), including sevenhale.com, selectglp1.com, prium.health, bestglp1.com, seniorglp1.com, personalizedpeptides.com, and bestglp3.com (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Certain Services, including prescription peptide therapy, require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider and may be subject to additional state-specific restrictions.

2. Description of Services

Seven Hale operates a vertically integrated platform for personalized injectable peptide therapeutics. Our Services include:

• Comparison Marketplaces: Websites that allow users to compare GLP-1 and peptide therapy providers, pricing, and treatment options.
• Compounding Pharmacy (Prium Health): A licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy that prepares personalized, dose-ready injectable peptide formulations pursuant to valid prescriptions.
• Informational Content: Educational content about peptide therapy, wellness, and related topics.

3. Not Medical Advice

The information provided through our comparison marketplaces and informational content is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any treatment, including peptide therapy. Seven Hale does not practice medicine. Prescribing decisions are made solely by independently licensed healthcare providers.

4. Comparison Marketplace Disclosures

Our comparison marketplaces (including SelectGLP1.com, BestGLP1.com, SeniorGLP1.com, PersonalizedPeptides.com, and BestGLP3.com) provide information about third-party telehealth providers and their offerings. Please be aware of the following:

• We may receive compensation from providers featured on our comparison platforms, including affiliate commissions, referral fees, or advertising revenue. This compensation may influence which providers are displayed and in what order.
• Provider information, including pricing, availability, and treatment offerings, is subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee completeness or currency.
• Inclusion of a provider on our platforms does not constitute an endorsement of that provider's services, medical competence, or treatment outcomes.
• We are not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party provider. Disputes regarding services received from third-party providers should be directed to those providers.

5. Pharmacy Services

Prium Health operates as a licensed compounding pharmacy subject to applicable federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations. By using pharmacy services:

• You acknowledge that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are prepared in response to a valid prescription for an individually identified patient.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete health information as required for safe dispensing.
• You understand that a licensed pharmacist will review all prescriptions and may contact you or your prescriber with questions before dispensing.
• You consent to receiving communications related to your prescriptions, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and refill reminders.

6. Accounts and Registration

Certain Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sevenhale.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Payments and Refunds

Prices for products and services are listed on the applicable Service and are subject to change. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refund policies vary by Service and are detailed on the applicable platform. Compounded medications generally cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in accordance with pharmacy regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the Services are owned by or licensed to Seven Hale and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Provide false or misleading information, including in health questionnaires or prescription requests.
• Attempt to obtain prescription medications without a valid prescription or legitimate medical need.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any medications obtained through our pharmacy services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Hale, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, content, or materials available through the Services, including provider comparison data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seven Hale, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
